Buyer questions on payment, shipping and orders
We trade three groups: food commodities (wheat, corn, rice, chickpeas, lentils, sunflower oil and white sugar), Urea 46% fertilizer, and steel products (hot and cold rolled coils, rebar, galvanized steel, steel plates and seamless pipes).
We work from Istanbul, Turkey, and trade with buyers in Europe, China, South America and the Middle East. We source from Turkey and from partner origins worldwide.
We accept letters of credit (L/C), documentary collections and advance payment. We agree the terms with you based on the size and type of each order.
We ship FOB, CFR or CIF. Lead time is usually 30-45 days, depending on the product, origin and destination port.
Yes. Each shipment comes with a certificate of origin, quality and inspection certificates, and the other documents you need for customs clearance.
MOQs depend on the product. We usually quote per bulk vessel or container load and offer bagged cargo for smaller orders. Send us your requirements and we will quote.
